How to return your order
We want you to love your Modest Femme pieces. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Wrong or Damaged Item?
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@modestfemme.com and include photos of the item and your order details.
We’ll make it right. If your claim is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and cover the return shipping costs.
How to Return an Item
To start a return, please contact us at info@modestfemme.com. Our support team will provide you with a return form that must be completed, signed, and included inside your return package. We will also provide you with the return address and instructions for sending your item back.
Returned items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In their original condition
- Returned with all original tags attached
- Free from makeup, perfume, stains, or signs of wear
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for returns due to personal preference, such as choosing the wrong size, changing your mind, or no longer wanting the item.
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5 days to the original payment method. Please allow time for your payment provider to complete the refund process.
We do encourage you to think about the environmental impact of shipping before making a return.
